First sewing with my new machine
Mum bought me a sewing machine for Christmas, and knowing about it I bought some fabric, and a magazine with a kit, ready to have something to practice with.
I made a tea cosy from the magazine kit:
and this cushion cover mostly from a charm pack I bought at Harrogate, and then some extra fabric I bought in Boyes
I am quite pleased with them for first attempts.
Sadly, most of the other things I want to do at the moment is the rest of my belly dance costume, and that is complicated, so I still need help with that.
