one. Choose your image. Naturally light images (such as ones outside in the daytime) tend to work better than indoor and night shots.
two. Duplicate the layer, and put the top one on SCREEN. Adjust the opacity so that it's not too light. This is different with every picture.
three. Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Color
