[Charlotte is hanging around town. This means she's got on more clothing than usual - a full on winter set up, with a coat and thicker pants and boots and everything! The thing is, that isn't stopping her from still being a little silly. Namely, she's carrying around a giant plushie kodo that No-ah won her in LucetiLand. The plush is almost as big as she is, which might seem big but Thrall anyone from Azeroth will know it's actually very small for a kodo. Not that Charle knows that.
Her wanderings, given that this thing is heavy, don't go far though. Nor are they aimless- She was heading for All Passions and eventually will walk in the store. She's here to get Shiki and/or anyone else there to make her winter clothes. However, that's not all. After making said deal with Shiki she's going to be sitting on the porch at All Passions in, ironically enough, what some people might recognize to be Shiki's usual spot with the swing.
Her big stuffed kodo is next to her. So is her journal- albeit the journal is in a little purse thing she is currying around too.
