[Somewhere outside of the fourth community housing building, Charlotte is out and about. She's got on a ... well it's a dress, still, but she at least a light coast over that. Because what is she doing? A well-known Fall tradition! She doesn't have a rake, so she's just taking armfulls of them, but Charle is collecting leaves so that she can make a big pile outside of her apartment complex. She is planning to jump in them, but other people coming would be more than welcome...
Actually, it might be fun, so she goes over to a bench nearby and takes out her journal to see if she can't call some people-]
