N-no... it's not like that. Adell likes to be focused, yes- and so do most of his Rogues, they're all really dependable people who are willing and able to protect everyone. But no one can tell you who you can and can't love, right? I know Adell wouldn't stop anyone, and I know my Captain wouldn't either.
