Love my Kitchenaid Mixer!
I received a Kitchenaid mixer in metallic pearl as a Christmas gift from my parents. I used it for the first time this past Sunday to make pizza dough. It was pretty awesome. I used a recipe that a cousin sent a while back. I've been wanting to try it, but was too lazy to knead the dough by hand. This mixer did all the work for me.
When it was time to bake, I didn't have a pizza stone. Instead, I used my Anolon pizza crisper (received as a wedding gift). I used some parchment paper to prevent sticking. I also tried one on a round glass baking pan, but we liked the crisper better.
We may never have to order out for pizza again!
