Since the last post:
A few more birthdays have pass (happy bday Chen, Russ & Ma).
Work has been superbusy, but in a good way.
Ruben came to visit for spring break (pics later).
Watched Grindhouse which was funny, bad, good and gross all at different points. Overall, I liked Planet Terror better than Deathproof, but I did enjoy the ending to Deathproof (maybe I was mostly glad to see it end *hehe*)
Watched a Mariner's game and saw two guys get kicked out for basically being obnoxious (though I thought they were kinda funny, but I didn't have to sit in front of them) and saw a woman catch a homerun, all in our section. Too bad we didn't think to bring our gloves since a few of the practice hits made it our way.
I've rediscovered the wonders of the public library.
I've been really obsessed w/ money and our finances. So I've been reading up on retirement plans, saving, and investing. I think I would enjoy a job that involved those issues. We'll see what kind of information I retain. Right now I'm looking at Suze Orman's The Money Book for the Young Fabulous & Broke. It's been a good & easy read so far.
I'm starting to enjoy cooking. Now if only my kitchen had more counterspace. I made mini-blueberry muffins this weekend.
Some bad things have happened in the world. My prayers go out to the people that have been affected, but I try not to dwell on all the sad things. I can depress myself easily enough w/out any outside help.
I consider myself a fortunate person.
