Went to AC this weekend with Lisa. It was fun. We went to see Heart play. We though it was a Heart concert. But then came to realize that it was Heart and Friends. This means it was being taped for Vh1. This turned out to be a huge ordeal. Everytime they introduced a new singer, to sing with the band, the had to take a five minute break. So, just has you're getting into the show, they pull the breaks and leave the stage. This whole thing lasted 3 and half hours. UGH! Plus we always attract the weird, loud, drunk guys behind us.
Besides that, everything was great. I got to play in my first, official poker tournament with lisa's hubby. I had so much fun. I felt like a little kid, next to all these older poker players. I didn't win anything, but I didn't do so badly either. I can't wait to go back and play again. Oi! that's all star needs me to tell her...."honey, Im leaving work and becoming a professional poker player"...lol!
