(no subject)
I....ate.....sooooooooo much food yesterday........it was kind of disgusting.
But the thing is, my uncle is the general manager for the Cheesecake Factory. Which means that food is his passion. Therefore, he cooks. And whatever he cooks tastes amazing. And if you don't eat it all, then you feel reeeeeeally guilty. So I ate everything put in front of me. It was prolly the most amazing Thanksgiving dinner of my life.
I've only had Thanksgiving with my extended family twice. Last night, and when I was 11 which was down in Texas two days after my grandfather died. We used to have it with family friends who moved to charlottesville, VA when I was 13, so after that we would have it with just the 3 of us. Needless to say, those times were pretty boring >.<. I much prefer eating turkey with multiple family members. I didn't even mind forcing to be social, cuz what always tends to happen is we all start talking about how dysfunctional our family is. It's quite fascinating to listen to. We talk about the white trash side of the family of course :P.
I haven't gotten bored yet in Palm Springs. I finished reading You Never Can Tell, cause thats the next play to audition for. I honestly don't see myself getting even called back for this show, but it's worth a shot anyway. Today I need to find monologues for the audition, write in my actual journal, begin researching my english paper, maybe even get to some wiccan things, because I've neglected to do that for a while ever since Rocky Horror has been going on. Now I can get back to that. Hell, I haven't even cast a single spell since I've been to college. I've done some stonework but that's about it. I also have a new set of tarot cards that I need to become familiar with.
I actually am kind of looking forward to going back to Michigan this time. I still can't call that place home though. I don't know if I ever will.
I recieved my first Xmas present today....
