“So, how was the date?” Rio excitedly jumped out of nowhere and gave off a cheeky grin before her best friend Amu. She patiently waited for her friend’s response after seeing her blush almost immediately after she was asked… “Something good happened, right? Look at you blushing like that”
“Ehh? Sorry to disappoint you… but nothing happened!!” she lied while trying to avoid the annoying looks coming from Rio.
However, Amu didn’t hear the end of it from her friend that is continuously making her way to get more information about the said ‘date’.
“Okay Rio! I’ll tell you... Just promise me you’ll leave me in peace after this…”
“Hai~ I promise…” Rio replied then listened attentively on what Amu is about to say.
In contrast, Amu just took a deep breath and tried her best to reminisce her date with Daiki… “Do you remember the guy I told you before? The one I dumped?”
“Ehh? The one you said is quite 'cute' but ‘short’?” Rio said with a confuse tone… “Yeah… I remember him. What does that anything to do with your date with Dai-chan?”
“He’s that guy!!!” Amu placed both her hands on her friend’s shoulder then sighed heavily. This thought made Rio amazed from the actual coincidence. However, within a flash, Rio just smiled at herself as if planning something ‘evil’ again.
“I hate that smile Rio… please tell me you’re not planning anything” Amu replied with a worried tone, not wanting to be any more involved to Rio’s plans.
“Don’t worry… I’m not! But you have to tell me everything that happened…”

*Johnny’s Jimusho*
“So, how was the date?” Yamada took the chance on asking his friend Daiki on how things had gone between him and Amu. However, Daiki just glared at him as if trying to burn Yamada to include on his pork soup.
“You and Rio-chan are SO PERFECT for each other… You’re both EVIL!!!” Daiki answered which cornered Yamada into the nearest wall.
“Ehh? What did we do? You didn’t like your date?” Yamada asked whilst trying to calm Daiki down to his own seat.
By this, Daiki just decided to remain quiet for a while and sigh desperately… “Do you know the girl who dumped me a few years ago?”
“Hmmm… that girl who said you’re ‘short’?” Yamada asked with a confused tone, trying to figure out what Daiki is actually pointing out… “Yeah~ I remember. Why?”
“That girl… she’s Amu-chan” he whispered, but loud enough to make Yamada hear.
“Ehh?! H-How? How did that happen?”
“Why the heck are you asking me? You’re the one who set us up, right?” Daiki immediately answered, almost with a shout.
“Well, well… that’s faith playing tricks on you, Dai-chan…” Yamada suddenly grinned despite the anxious expression given off by his friend… “Maybe you can give her another chance?”
“Chance? No way~ If ever I’ll give her anything, that will be my revenge…”

After the most tiring dance rehearsals came, Yamada felt his mobile phone vibrating against his trousers’ pocket. By this, he immediately pulled it to see who was calling. The name of the caller was just enough to pull a soft smile on his face which made him answer his phone within a quick pace.
“Moshi moshi? Rio-chan?” he said excitedly over the mouth piece.
“Yama-chan… I need your help! Is Dai-chan with you?” Yamada heard Rio’s faint voice, as if whispering from someone.
“My help? For what?” by this, Yamada can’t help but to whisper back to try and level out the volume of his vocal to the voice from the other line… “And Dai-chan is not here…”
“Good~ Have you heard about him and Amu-chan? I’m planning something to get them together…” Rio explained with an unpredictable smirk.
“Ehh? I don’t think that’s a good idea Ms. Cupid~ Dai-chan will be furious. Plus! Next time I’ll so something for him and Amu-chan, he will definitely cook me along with his pork soup!!!” Yamada expounded with an obvious pout, imagining himself being buried in a cook pot.
“Don’t worry… No one will know.” Rio tried to convince the help of her boyfriend… “Here’s the plan…”

*Next day*
“Where are we?” Amu asked along with some thoughts of curiousness and doubtful looks up and down her friend’s figure. She knows for a fact that, Rio is indeed acting strangely. She can barely see invincible devil horns slowly growing on her head, along with a devil tail swinging manically on Rio’s back side. Because of this, it made Amu gulped with nervousness while being dragged along the corridor by Rio… “Oi Rio-chan… Where are we actually going?”
“I told you, right? I need your help to carry some heavy boxes for my work…” Rio lied then just continued to lead the way until they reached an unfamiliar storage room from the Jimusho with the help of Yamada to allow the two girls in the establishment.
As they reached the said room, Rio opened the door and clicked the light switch to let them see slightly.
“Which one do I need to carry?”
“That one…” Rio pointed to a box and let her friend go inside the room first. Amu then slowly walked towards the item with Rio trailing behind her back.
Suddenly…
*BANG*
She heard the door slammed behind her which is enough to make her jump from where she’s standing. To her dismay, Rio was nowhere to be found around the room.
Amu then felt worried and tried her best to open the door, actually having the idea that it was all Rio’s idea.
“RIO!!! What the hell are you doing?” Amu cried while banging the door continuously to make Rio open it from the outside.
“Gomen ne, Amu-chan… I know someday; you’ll thank me for this!!” Rio on the other end of the door just smiled evilly then led her way to the opposite side of the corridor - leaving Amu behind.

After realising her ‘good’ friend was gone, she scanned around to see the rest of the room. She can’t manage herself to look for clues on how to get out of the place as she knows for as fact that she is terrified to dark places… “I’ll kill you for this, Rio!!!” she whispered to herself with half angry tone, but at the same time, a very nervous vocal.
She slowly looked around for more clues on where she actually is and saw a small, half broken window that fortunately brought little light to the room; enough to see someone. However, the dark atmosphere made her more restless and found her heart beat race every time she steps forward to the chamber. By now, cold sweat was felt down her neck and her palms which indicated adrenaline rush through her nervous system, along with her imagination of seeing all sorts of ghost and monsters from all TV programs.
Suddenly…
“What are you doing here?” a voice whispered which sent a chilly sensation through Amu’s spine.
“AHHHHHHHH!!!!!! GHOST!!! MONSTER!!! HELP ME!!! MOMMY!!!” Amu cried and shouted while curling up to almost a ball shape, trying to protect herself from the said ‘ghost’.

“What are you screaming about? You’re too noisy!!!” Daiki said whilst trying to calm the terrified girl down.
By this, Amu looked up to see a blurry figure of Daiki that is stood against the rays of light coming from the partly broken window…
“Ehh? W - Why are you here?” she asked with a broken voice, trying her best to pull herself together, along with her ‘cool’ from the humiliation after screaming her heart out… “Don’t tell me you’re the one who told Rio to bring me here?!!”
“Ehh? Why the heck would I do that?” Daiki answered then sat next to Amu.
“hmmm… You have a point. Is it because of Rio too?”
“Nope… It’s because of Yama-chan” Daiki proclaimed, after realising it was all the couple’s plan… “I think they set us up. I was wondering why Yama-chan locked me here. After seeing you, it all made sense.”
“Seriously… I’ll KILL those two!!!” Amu replied, clutching her fist to indicate revenge…

“So, how are we gonna get out of here?” she continued after noticing the silence being given by the man sitting next to her.
“I don’t think they’ll gonna leave us here forever. Let’s just wait for them to open the door” Daiki answered coolly then diverted his eyes away from Amu’s direction.
“Wait for them? But I’m scar-“ Amu interrupted her own reply, not wanting to let him know that she is indeed terrified inside the dark room.
“You’re what? Don’t tell me you’re scared?”
“Who said I’m scared? I LOVE DARK PLACES for your information!!” Amu lied. By this, she just decided to stay quiet and rubbed the surface of her skin to warm herself up.
After seeing this, Daiki suddenly felt the urge to wrap Amu with his jacket. Like the first time they met, Daiki gently placed his jacket over Amu’s shoulders then turned back to his original place.
“This is the second time you did this for me…” Amu smiled.
“Don’t flatter yourself too much. I’ll offer my jacket to anyone…” Daiki coldly replied.
By this, Amu just can’t help herself but to give off a soft chuckle after seeing Daiki’s cute appearance despite the darkness that prevail them… “You know what? You’re not actually that bad. You don’t even remember clearly why I dumped you before…”
“It’s because I’m ‘short’, right?” Daiki uttered with an annoyed tone then faced the girl sitting next to him.
“Nope… “ Amu shook her head then smiled at him again… “It’s because I was foolishly in love with someone else before.”
After hearing this, Daiki just felt his heart sink a few inches down his chest cavity. For some reason, Daiki can feel something weird inside him. He knows for a fact that he is indeed over her. However, seeing Amu’s presence so close to him, alone in an empty room was just enough to make feelings rushing through him…
“So it’s not because I’m ‘short’?” he asked after looking up.
By this remark, Amu blinked a few times trying to process what the guy just said… within seconds, she found herself laughing.
“Of course not! What kind of reason is that? Don’t tell me you actually believed that I dumped you because I think you were ‘short’?!” Amu mocked while trying her best to gain most of her senses… “I just said that to save myself from explaining…”
Daiki just stayed quiet for a while having to see the laughing Amu before him. He then rested his back on the wall and sighed with relief… “So… It’s not because of my height. Yokatta~ I wish the JUMP members are here to hear that…”
“Anou~ Dai-chan… Do you want to have a game?” Amu suddenly said after a great idea hit her mind…
“A game? What kind of game?”
“It’s called ‘Revenge-on-Yamada-and-Rio’ game…” Amu smirked, imagining evil things as part of their revenge… “It’s simple. Let’s pretend to be a couple in front of them…”
“Then? How’s that gonna help?”
“Well, we’ll pretend to be a couple for a few weeks. Then, we’ll break up saying we’re heart broken and all… And we’ll BLAME them because of it” Amu explained… “I’m sure they’re gonna stop all their ‘evil’ doing after that, right?”
By this, Daiki thought for a while and let his thoughts sink in from what Amu just said. Within a flash, he nodded his head and reached his hand to Amu to indicate approval: “Deal…”
“Yosh~ We’ll start the plan tomorrow?”
“Hai!!!” he said after feeling a cold gentle breeze hitting his skin coming from somewhere unknown.
Unexpectedly, Amu moved closer to Daiki’s direction and pulled the given jacket towards Daiki’s side. Before even letting him protest, they were sharing the jacket whilst Daiki watched Amu’s head resting on his shoulder, enough to make him smell her sweet subtle perfume.
“I don't want to see a guy freezing to death because of me either…” Amu whispered.

A few hours had passed and the couple happily grinned on their own plan being a ‘success’. Suddenly, a cold breeze kissed Rio’s cheeks which made her randomly sneeze from where she's sitting.
“Are you okay?” Yamada asked then patted the smaller girl's shoulder.
“I think someone’s talking about us…” Rio replied after feeling another sneeze coming… “I think those two are cursing us already. Scary~”
“It’s been 4 hours… should we let them out?” Yamada suggested which earned a slight nod from Rio’s head.

Yamada and Rio reached the storage room where they left Daiki and Amu. They slowly placed the key on the hole and twisted it open.
They were expecting two people growling and attacking them from the inside, however, to their surprise, they saw the couple sleeping soundly, side by side each other with a single jacket covering them both.
By this, Yamada and Rio just looked at each other with awkward faces, not really sure what happened… Suddenly, Rio just felt tears of joy running through her plump cheeks which made her squeal happily, trying her best not to wake up Amu and Daiki.
“Aww~ I can’t believe our plan worked!!!” Rio said then took her phone from her pocket… “I need to take a photo of this!!!” she continued then pushed the button to capture the said ‘perfect moment’.
