people need to fucking call me, like carla, so that i can give her her christmas gift already!!!
today was actually pretty good.
My dad came home and i went with him to walk the dog. We went looking for a box so that we could decorate it and put chanukah gifts in it. We found one but it was locked away. we went home empty handed.
Then we went for a bike ride. I don't know how he convinced me to go, but i'm glad he did because it was fun.
so we biked to the bank. then i realized that my front brake wasn't working, so we biked to robert's and they fixed it for me. my dad even bought me a bag to put on the handle bars of my bike, which was so nice of him. he bought it as a chanukah gift, but he's never gotten me a chanukah gift before. i wonder why. also the bag was mad expensive, like $20 and it was small, and he didn't even look at the price. how weird. my dad also told me he wants to buy me some new skis. since when does he want to buy me anything ever? let alone expensive sporting equipment that i don't use very often. it took like soo much convincing for him to get me my new bicycle, and i actually use that a lot.
anyway, we were going to go home, we literally biked 2 blockes, when my dad's front brake snapped. We went back to Robert's, but they said it'll take them a while because they'd have to replace it.
So to pass the time my father and i went to millenium to play billiards. we played 2 games, he won both of them. but i am definitely getting better by the end.
Then we picked up the bikes, and went home. lot of fun, plus, it was nice to get the excersize.
since i have been home, all i have been doing is laying around and eating and i feel like i've put on a million pounds. This morning i totally yelled at my mom to stop buying bagels because she doesn't even eat them and then i do and that sucks. and she buys them like almost every morning! so no more. i hope my dad eats the last few bagels.
oh and my dad and i just looked at all the bike paths in queens and long island on this bike path map and there are so many and some of them and so nice and this summer since i will be home, i will drag alie or sara along with me and explore all of them. i am so excited for that. plus i want to use that bike path that goes to jone's beach. I havn't done that since i was very little.
i'm also going to try to convince my mother to go to florida next week, to try to find cheap plane tickets or to drive there, since both of my parents have the week off and i want to go somewhere. i know i could go alone if i wanted to, but like, that's no fun. anyone wanna come to florida?
so sara should be coming over, i hope. and then we're going to do i don't know what, because we never know what to do and we are always bored. any suggestions?
