The menu:

To drink - Normandy cider or Pinot Grigio, chilled

Appetizers

liver pate
smoked salmon
various cheeses
awesome little spanish smoked peppers, great with cheese
various crackers
artichoke hearts, olives and such

Salad

mixed greens with rocquefort, walnuts and dried cranberries w raspberry vinagrette.

Main Course

Cornish game hens in Calvados (apple brandy from Normandy) with mushrooms and quarters of Granny Smith Apples

A reduction sauce of pan drippings and Calvados

potato duchesse (basically mashed potato with lots of real cream)

Dessert

carrot cake with creme cheese frosting
gluten free brownies
ice cream, vanilla and chocolate
