sleep: 7 hrs

BOO!  Carb-heavy day.  I'm exhausted and way behind on everything, so it's a fail!

breakfast: english muffin with butter and jelly, coffee with cream
snack: more coffee with half and half, big awful sticky donut!!
lunch: lots of water, herbal tea, and a tuscan chicken sandwich (multigrain bread)
dinner: a bit of rice and beef stirfry with veggies, zerocal root beer, coffee
workout: missed
