F..Ked Up Head!
Oh my god... it happened again! I woke up at 3am to use the toilet....and was half asleep/half awake. My brain/dream had told me that the toilet was outside and that I had to go there. In my shorts I leave my flat and go to the next part of the building looking for the toilet before realising what I was doing... and came back to use the proper toilet which is in my flat. VERY STRANGE!
It's starting to scare me now. I haven't had dreams/walks like this for a over a year now and the last time it happened I was waking up behind my kitchen door scared of absolutely nothing. I am just glad I had some clothes on... I normally like to sleep naked! lol
Any body offer some psychological help?! haha
