Broken Heart..
Work yesterday was shit and today wasn't much better - Only difference was I got soaking wet today in this lovely weather! lol My fave customer really pissed me off today. I went up to her window as usual to pass her mail and she said she's off into hospital on Tuesday for a check up. I asked if she will be ok and she said "I don't know, can they fix a broken heart because of you?" My face dropped and I turned to her and said - "You really have to stop speaking like this - Your making it VERY difficult for me to deliver your mail" - Her face dropped and she said "You don't mean it do you?" I said "Yes I do...."
... I made a quick exit atfer that. The person who does this area is currently on light-duty while he eases his foot back into it all. When he's able to get out on the road again we've decided he will do the bit which my fave customer is on. Don't get me wrong - I like the lady alot but now it's starting to really get to me and she doesn't realise it. I am a caring person and it hurts me knowing that she's thrown all her emotions onto someone 1. she doesn't know 2. a gay lad and 3. her postman. It's not my fault is it? GRRR!
For the rest of my day... I have basically slept, had food, had a nice hot bath and now just browsing the net. Might have an update laters... xx
