No Updates

Yo folks....... Just a small post to say I am around and I am alive and kicking! Things have been really busy in work and with the heat we've been having all I do is sleep.

It's a poor excuse but it's true. I'm hoping it will cool up and I can get back on form.

Hope ALL are well.... I miss you all dearly.
