Got my 421 Midterm back; Got a 70, which was just about what I was expecting, though I could've gotten an 80 at least if I didn't make some silly mistakes. Writing down that Active Directory information would've given me an easy 10 points though. Ah well. The two largest portions of my grade are labs (27%) and the final (25%); I'll just have to make a more informative cheat sheet and actually read over things quite a bit to hammer the stuff into my brain a few days before the final. I wonder if the exam schedule is up yet--it probably is.
Looks like everyone turned in their papers on time; turnitin.com was not happy with about 28% of that person's paper. And our second homework assignment looks pretty easy--got a table of UNIX commands, need to tell what the command does, what any options do, and how the option applies to Sys Admin. Have to use "our own words", not just copy from the man pages. It's not done yet, but he says it'll be done this afternoon, so I'll try to get started on it ASAP. Due in two weeks on Sunday at 11.59.59, submit to dropbox on myCourses (not set up yet). This homework will be very useful to look over before the final exam.
And now, notes. 1 hour left of class. Then lab for 2 painful boring hours. Will run off to the IT Open Lab before it really gets going so I can staple my stuff.
Oh, Dad's coming home tomorrow around 21.30 or so, but Joe's picking him up so I don't have to.
Note to Self: Get gas on the way home this afternoon
