*takes a deep breath*
I have just finished watching approximately forty episodes of NCIS in less than three days. Wow. Can I get the theme song sent to my phone? I managed to get through the entire first season, and two-thirds of season three, but unfortunately, the rental store doesn't carry season two. Grrrr. I wanted to see more of Kate. I still cried when I found out she was dead at the start of S3. Well, we'll see if I can do it again next weekend!
Moving along.
The characters from NCIS totally blow me away. Their bizarre little family unit amuses me to no end. I think I would be able to carry out a relatively long and engaging conversation with McGee about movies and video games and other nerdy stuff. BTW, that episode that had Zac Efron in it (the one where the Lieutenant Commander was abducted and stuffed in a car trunk) was awesome - McGee getting back at the punk responsible for selling the kidnapped woman's phone and earning honor for geeks everywhere!
It's kind of amazing, all these ways that you could possibly kill somebody. And the stuff people utilize in order to hunt the killer down - it's scary, how they can find you. I'm sitting there watching and saying to myself, "They can really do that?"
Also found a kindred spirit in Abby for being a caffeine guzzler.
And though I love the main cast to death - Palmer. Jimmy Palmer. Such an adorable puppy face - and so timid! Potential for character development - it's not just McGee that could stand to grow a backbone. But Palmer seems to try so hard to fit in, but no one seems to notice he's there! (I love side characters, can you tell?)
But anyway, hopefully we'll wrap up filming for "Memoriam" this week. Entries are due soon and I've finally gotten over this cold.
