Marriage...
3.05.2006-this is my marriage date. So, next year we can celebrate our eleventh anniversary at this date. Wonderful indeed!
It is very easy to get married in Cyprus.
People of Israel! If you need a civil marriage ceremony, do go to Cyprus! Do not go to any tour agencies, you can do everything yourself and save about 400 USD. ( Agencies offer marriage tours at 600USD+ (per person) though the real price of the whole thing is about 800USD.
As follows:
Flight : Tel-Aviv-Larnaka-Tel Aviv 150USDx2=300USD
Housing: 15 CYP/night (1 CYP=2.2USD) in a fabulous village Agios Theodoros,
one-bedroom apartment, fully furnitured, 4 nights. Total: 132 USD
Official Marriage ceremony: 165 CYP 165x2.2=363 USD
Final 795 USD
600+600=1200. 1200-795=405 Your save.
Actually, if you stay in a village, you will need a car. That will be another 100 USD or so. Below is a nice link to a car rental site.
