GONG XI FA CAI!!!
HAPPY YEAR OF KAGURA!!! ^.o.^ One of the good things about being Chinese is that we get 2 New Years every year.^^ Also we get angpao (also known as red packets/lai see - in other words, $$$MONEY$$$) as long as we remain single. ('course, as one gets older, the angpao contents become more token-ish. Kids get major bounty.XD) As soon as we get married though, we have to give angpao to the singletons. One more reason why I'm in no hurry.XD
So the entire family gathered at my house last night for the traditional New Year's Eve reunion dinner. Aaahhh, good food. For some reason all the nephews and niece converged on my room to hang out. Maybe I'm on my way to becoming a Cool Aunt. Or they just wanted to play on my laptop.^^;
All my horoscopes this year suggest I'd be best suited to living in a cave for the rest of the year.XD That matches up with all the omikuji I got in Japan, actually.XD Except for the one I got at Yasaka. If that one comes through, the rest of the year maybe won't be so awful.
