LOL.
So I was at a Singles Awareness Day meetup this afternoon and someone mentioned that... my dolls look like me.XD Ichigo especially.XDXD
I SWEAR I never even thought about dolls who look like me when I was picking them out. For Ichigo and Rukia, I picked them because they look like... well, Ichigo and Rukia.XD Miss Lady and Flood and Ryun I picked out based on aesthetics alone (I'm that shallowXD) and as for Robin and Rinali... well...XD So yeah. If they do look like me, it's not because I did it consciously.XD

Plopped him on Shige's body:
The resin match is excellent - the proportions are slightly off. Ryun's features are too youthful for the body, and the gangly limbs and veiny hands don't go with him either. Also, the neck is pretty thick - Ryun's head sits on it nicely without it looking too long, but there's a certain Macho McManly thing going on with the neck thickness that doesn't jive with Ryun's features.
Threw on an experimental Shige wig and Ichigo's old Red Hazel eyes and off we went.
Hey, he just spent two days in transit. Can't blame a guy for wanting some caffeine first thing.

I've decided that Ryun is not going to be the new Shige - he definitely has a personality of his own. Ryun's younger (around 17-18) and a little more serious than Shige, who's pretty bouncy.
Also, weighing names. I've been thinking maybe Ryun Satoshi.
