Name: Kaoru Hitachiin. As far as I know he doesn't have any nicknames, except for "brat number 2."
He is the younger of the two Hitachiin twins! Be careful, he is known for causing trouble amongst the locals by spreading rumors and giving embarrassing birthday presents! Don't get on his bad side! Kaoru is also involved in a scandalous relationship with his twin but from what I've heard, all the twins here are. It's important to keep that in mind, as he doesn't want his Mother to know!
Kaoru's weaknesses include: His brother, maple syrup, and his Mother! If you encounter him, use caution and try to distract him with his favorite food!
