I just killed a mouse with a book (Cocoa Programming for Mac OS X) and threw it into the back yard.

I'm sitting at my computer checking my email, and I hear a tiny chewing sound. I look to my left, and there it is, sitting on the floor, chillin'. So, I gave it my regards, and said goodbye. It didn't even try to run away.

It knew that it's end was imminent, and had come to grips with that, knowing that it would finally meet it's maker.

I found a mouse in my house... and in true animal lover way, I caught it and released it outside...
