Reverse Challenge: Phase 2 Writer Sign-ups!

It's finally time for Phase 2 writer sign-ups! Writers will be assigned an art piece that has been created for the challenge, and have about two months to write a minimum 1,500 word story. Just a few quick questions: I applied as a pinch-hitter but want to change my application to be an actual writer for Phase 2. Is it possible to do that? Should I fill out the form again?
