Background and personality info on your character:
Having the most acute senses of all the gods in Asgard, Heimdall is known as the watchman and he guards the Bifrost bridge. He is very intelligent, and loyal to the head god, Odin. He is introduced early on in the series as an assassin and enemy to Loki. He believes that Loki stole his right eye, and wants to get revenge. In truth, Odin is manipulating Heimdall, and though Loki tries to tell his rival he doesn’t have his eye, Heimdall persistently chases after him.
Heimdall is rather somber, though his seriousness tends to make him more of comic relief than a scary rival. Once on earth, Heimdall goes through countless attempts at apprehending Loki, and goes out of his way to stalk him. He is absolutely obsessed with carrying out his vengeance, allowing that to slowly drive him to insanity. Loki is usually able to get past all of his traps.
Like Loki, Heimdall has taken the form of a child to blend in with the people on earth. Unlike Loki, however, he does it willingly, whereas Loki has lost all of his powers and is forced to be in the body of a child. Heimdall does not attend regular school, but takes singing and piano lessons, and goes to a cram school, using the name Higashiyama Kazumi (And this is the name he will give most people on the island).
In the anime (more so than in the manga), Heimdall is constantly seen with a falcon. Also, when he disappears, falcon feathers are left in his place. He also wears falconers' gloves to hide his long, claw-like fingernails.
Heimdall has joined the tournament in hopes of calling out Loki and finishing him off. He doesn't care about the winner or the god of the city. He does rather like having the security status, though.

To the members of this tournament:
Good evening. I am a new official here, Higashiyama Kazumi, and I just arrived a few hours ago. I have been hired to keep things in line. So, I will be doing just that. If you have a problem, you will come to me. Many of the other officials are very busy, but I am here to keep things running smoothly and hopefully keep security tight.
As part of my job, I will be having new surveillance cameras installed in this hotel and along the outside training areas. Foul play will not be tolerated. This is a very serious tournament, and there cannot be any funny business going on when so much is at stake.
I have also been informed of other problems; ie, the broken elevators, power outages, plugged sinks, etc. Rest assured, I will do my best to see if these problems can be fixed. After all, you should be comfortable since you are working so very hard.
That being said, I hope that I will only make your experience more enjoyable. Again, I will be watching you, whether you like it or not. I have been given this authority.
