Today I went to see Pride and Prejudice with Courtney and it was a major disappointment. There were so many parts that were left out or completely changed. Some of the best lines in the book and previous movie were completely messed up. And for some reason it seemed like the things that were supposed to happen inside happened outside and the things that were supposed to happen outside happened inside. None of the people cast for their roles fit the part. However, there were some scenes that I thought were pretty good even though they weren't exact. Overall, it was a bad adaptation of the book.
Yesterday I went shopping. I had never shopped the day after Thanksgiving so I was excited. The mall was crowded but I didn't think it was too bad. I bought mostly jeans and sweatshirts because I was in dire need of warm clothing. I also bought some awesome shoes that I love tons. I did not expect to buy shoes but when I saw them it made me super happy and my mom said she'd buy them for me.
Thanksgiving day was pretty fun. I ate so much food. But it was all good. I'm a little sad that Thanksgiving weekend is almost over. I don't want to go back to school. I still need to do some Biology homework.
The Pistons game is on right now so I'm going to go back and finish watching it. GO DETROIT! I love Ben Wallace.
