: i have to apologize for finally posting in LJ after all this time. but i am glad to see the livejournal is still up and rolling and it will make my updating and keeping in touch... more effective (to say the least!!)

i hope everyone has enjoyed the beginning of their junior year*. egads! we are officially more than half done with our college careers! scary, exciting, and sad... isn't it? it's gonna go by super fast!

this past sunday morning i woke up at 4:00 and left for TF green by half past. my flight landed at 8:00, on time, in kentucky. i wasnt greeted by anyone. i collected my suitcases and since i was not being able to lease a car immediately, i took a taxi to my new residence.
during summer holiday, i had finished my fifth semester at cornell (it was awful - classes M-R from 8:00-4:30 with 1 45-minute break... definitely not pleasant). the summer courses started three days after the 03-04 year had concluded and ended less than a week before the 04-05 academic year began.
in between, i packed up and moved home, and then packed up and moved out :-D
in the meantime, i am working full-time for p&g. i'll be here until december 23rd. it's been insane, to say the least. i was finally able to lease a car and now i am for the most part... independent (not by choice!). i think i finally learned the major highways; amazingly, i didnt get lost on the way to and from work this morning!
after the 23rd, i'll resume classes and then move back to cincinnati for a minimum of 12 weeks in the summer. i finish off my BS at Cornell and then who knows what will happen next?
n.b. for any of you who haven't seen garden state yet, i highly recommend it. it is the most slice of life movies i have seen and its quirky humor is also comemendable.
[...and because i think zach braff is adorable, talented and "wicked smart".]
