Is Secret Six #8. This heart-warming story starts with Scandal doing the shopping:
Item 1: One dozen dog collars. (The shop assistant asks "What size?" so she puts her hands around his neck. "About this big.")
Item 2: "A few crates of red wine. And whatever the others want to drink..."
The plot involves Scandal and Deadshot going on a double date. But they promise not to kill any one. Of course, mayhem ensues. (Been a while since I saw someone bogwashed in a comic book...)
