Um 6?....
Okay so I fell last night and sprained my finger-ouch. My middle finger at that so it can be extra ridiculous. I have to go to work today and I'm worried about how much slower I'll be doing things tonight. Grr, old ladies getting impatient is not how I wish to spend my evening....
So here's the story.. The boys usually play basketball at the elementary school and not being the athletic type myself I just sit aside and watch and laugh at the stupidness that is the boys together... So me and Dawn, Andy's girlfriend decided to go and sit on the swings. So we're swinging and talking and getting bored so I decide to stand on the swing and then after getting bored with that, try to step down. Oh man-totally underestimated the distance from the swing to the ground and fell in what must have been the funniest way possible because Dawn couldn't stop laughing and I really messed up my hand and ankle. So now my middle finger is swollen and gigantic and slowly changing colors because I got tangled in the chain link of the swing.. So yeah ouch and my parents say that since its a sprain the hospital won't give me anything for it so I just have to deal-oh fun..
I guess I shouldn't complain though-Katie Rys gets injured like everyday and still prevails so I shall look to her for inspiration everytime someone accidentally nudges my hand or gets mad at me when I go slow...
Oh yeah so I had to go back to Hartford yesterday because I'm an idiot. Apparently when I dropped my second summer term course I fucked up my financial aid. The thing is no one told me about this so its really not my fault. But this woman Sylvia from the Bursar's office called me and was like oh my god your going to need to sign up for another summer course or you'll lose your financial aid and I'm retiring next week so you have to do it like today. Agh! Anyways long story short-I signed up for an AUCC I was going to take in the fall so now I'm back down to four courses next semester which is actually really good for me and this won't mess up my schedule with work as much either so yay. My screwup actually helped me-who'd a thunk?
So I saw Shrek 2 with Ben and loved Puss in Boots-the cutest animated kitty ever! I also saw Harry Potter 3 again with the moms and loved just as much as the first time-definitely the best one.. I think I'm going to see Fahrenheit 9/11 with my mom and Jeff next week so I'm finally getting up to speed with the rest of the world-yay!
