Week 1 of operation bringing sexy back

 Exercise: for yesterday was very little cause I was studying for a test: but I did do it for about 20 min. alternating from sprinting on the treadmill then weights then sprinting again

Food: I ate a salad and let me tell you it was delicious! spring mix baby greens, garlic feta, tuna, maple walnuts, dried cranberries, and for the dressing olive oil and white vinegar mixed with rosemary sage and thyme with salt and pepper=YUM
and 3 slices of barbecue chicken pizza .

Oh yeah and a Tuaca and red bull, and 3 beers XD w
