This is the last battle of the great Smitintinian Empire. It has run its course and now fate has conspired at last to deal its final blow. All around the signs are more clear than ever. Like an ancient volcano who's steam slowly faded away, we fizzle out. But like a volcano, too, we will die in a moment of explosion and glory. None who witness it will forget the sight and some may very well perish in our glory and wrath. There is no way out of this fortress, these walls are built high and thick. In here we have been able to outlast our enemies. This time their aim is not to burn and pillage, they aim to kill us all. This is our time to go, but by the dark gods we shall burn our mark upon the land with their blood. Whomever is left shall write songs of lament, or gory, about the fall of the fortress...
