Wahoo, i set a new personal record today. As I'm writing this I have gone 100 hours with out eating. The last thing I ate was some shafer pizza that was left over from the night before, and that was at 10pm on Thursday March 1. My goal was origanlly 96 hours, beating my pervious record by 11 hours, but i'm thinking of just seeing how long I can go, but I'll probably eat tomarrow sometime..
Now, you're probably wondering, Why are you starving yourself? and other such questions. Well the answers are: I'm not starving my self (believe it or not), i'm fasting. Now you're probably wondering "Fasting? Are you doing this for a religious purpose? What's the difference between fasting and starving"? No I'm not doing this for religious purposes (at least none that i'm aware of, though I have done it for those in the past) The difference, at least as I define it, is when you starve you are not consumeing enough nurasement through eating or drinking, doing this for a long time can cause serious health issues. Fasting is not eating for a certain amount of time, after which time you begin eating like normal. But please note that I am still consumeing nuriousment, i'm just drinking it. Meaning while I'm not eating I increase my intact of fruit juice (I don't like vegetable juice) and milk (MOO), so yeah I'm just on a liquid diet. The hard part comes from still drinking water so I don't get dehidrated.
"Ok, if those definitions work for you, but why exactly are you doing this?" is probably what you want to know right now. Well I'm doing this to test my self. Because every once in a while I like to see how long I can go without eating, just to test my will power, and determanation. So yeah you guessed it, I am doing this for a complete ego boast.
Random Thought of the day: I wonder what kind of reaction I would get if I went in to a store with a group of friends and bought: KY jelly, condoms, a single bananna, whipped cream, a squeeze bottle of chocolet sirup. And made it so the KY jelly's bar code didn't scan, and didn't have enough money to pay for it, so I had to ask my friends for money to help pay for stuff, and we end up counting coins to give to the cashier, so we could pay for the stuff.
