I've cut because someone else hurt me - hurt my heart. I've been there and, yes, it does feel good to take the control and hurt yourself for once. Just maybe if you can cause yourself enough pain - punish yourself enough - they'll knock it off. They'll see that you heard their berating and they'll see what it's done to you, how far it's taken you to the end of your rope, and they'll stop hurting you since you've got the punishment taken care of

I want to tell you to leave. I want to tell you to drop the sharp objects and just leave, but I know it's not as easy as that, especially when you're so low and fell as trapped as you do.
