My aunts and sister are all aflurry with spring plans and projects. For some reason I find it depressing and overwhelming. It could just be a lethal combo of PMS and inflamed sinuses, but I feel like a slug. A million projects stand unfinished around here. My own, glass-half-empty spring cleaning urges?
Anyway, I want to approach my major grump with an action list for the week. Each item must be something I can accomplish with about 15 minutes of spare time between driving Simon to Odie's, putting in 8 hours at the computer, picking him up, and making dinner. But usually I can slip one errand in there.
MON - Find hours and address for that local pantry that accepts sweaters, and drop the big bag of them off so it is no longer cluttering the kitchen
TUE - frame and hang Hawaii paintings that are sitting on the piano, shelve extra books also sitting on piano
WED - Open box I meant to send to Leanne last month, see if still seems appropriate, swap out with nicer baby items and books if needed, and ship off to Springfield (get cupcakes too?)
THU - List a second box of Simon's clothes for that swap site, pack in USPS box
FRI - Warm day, crack open summer office and do filing of bills and tax materials that's been piling up
SAT - Pam coming to pick up giant blue chair and ottoman in basement - also, antiques appraisal event!
SUN - Clean SW corner of basement and put up more modular shelves there for books overflow
