Sunday night cooking

Big pot of jasmine rice
Snap peas- steamed, with soy sauce and garlic
Parsnips & onions - steamed, with olive oil and curry
Stuffed peppers- small red and yellow peppers stuffed with a mixture of garbanzo beans, cashews, parmesan cheese, salt and garlic (all chopped together in food processor) -baked for 20 minutes
1 loaf of soda bread
