Hi! Yes unfortunately little togepi is completely tagless :( Thankfully the plush is still in great condition :) Are you still committed to her? Okie!! I'm planning on putting them up sometime this week :) right now I haven't decided on whether or not I will be selling my Lapras plushies, so if I do decide to sell them it may be awhile before I list them >_<
