Saturdays
For the first time in months, I'm on a semi-normal schedule. Today is a Saturday, and it actually feels like a Saturday. Granted, I'm in the TWO LINES office logging submissions at the moment, but I'm doing so voluntarily and only for a few hours, and this morning I slept in and made banana mocha chip pancakes (thanks to a mix Rachel brought me all the way from Hawai'i), caught up on QC, and spent an hour walking here and talking to my parents.
Then Liv IMs me and we're talking and she tells me to check YaleCam. It's a good thing I don't do so on a regular basis, because not only would that be really lame, seeing Liv and Jason sitting in Yale House doing their thing (and, in Jason's case, waving at me), made me terribly homesick for all my friends back east.
