Just a question (or two. or three.)
Hi! I'm a prospective student--I visited Haverford last spring and got some information on a program I'd like to know more about.
Apparently your French department is very good, and there is some sort of program that allows you to earn a combined B.A/M.A in four years? Can anyone tell me more about that? What you've heard, your experiences with it, etc.?
Also, if I were to get into Haverford and get accepted for this program, would it be feasible to do it AND have another major or minor at the same time?
Or how about just double majoring? Do the distribution requirements or schedule get in the way? Are there many students who double major?
And on a completely different subject, I'm interested in hearing about some of Haverford's traditions (something akin to Swarthmore's Screw-Your-Roommate Dance, perhaps?)--would anyone be wiling to tell me about some of them?
