Leave a comment, saying you want to be interviewed and I'll ask you five questions. In return you'll update your journal with my five questions and your five answers. You'll include this explanation and ask other people five questions when they want to be interviewed.
1 - If you could live in any fanfic verse (written by you or someone else) which would you choose and what would you be (god, normal person, the bartender everyone confides in, that sort of thing)?
Yeah, you're totally evil, lol. Um. Hm. :taps lips: Maybe...
phantisma's Firefly/RPS stuff. I could totally handle being a grease monkey on a ship, Kaylee-like, getting to look at all the shiny people and keep my boat in the Black. Or maybe something in your kitsune-au. Not sure what though. Maybe a bar tender that knows what's what so I can play confidante and knock people's heads together when necessary. ;)
2 - If everybody had one song that introduced them when walking into a room/meeting a new group of people/whatever (think tv style), what would yours be?
This one is hard man. I suck at music, and the music I tend to recall the pertinent details for isn't music that would describe me or suit me at all. :chews lip, wiggles toes: How about Pillar of Salt by The Thermals. (I had to play on David's computer, since he has the full collection... he thinks Multitude of Casualties by The Hold Steady or maybe Good Time by Leroy for himself.)
3 - If you could recommend one book (fiction, non, grapic novel, whatever) to everyone and they would actually read it... what would you recommend?
Jesus. One? If it can only be one... wait. Just one solid book as opposed to a series? Ouch. Cos on the one hand I'd say Sandman. It changed things for me, woke something up that had nearly slipped away, and it seems like every now and again there's quotes popping up from it. But... a single bound book? You're killing me here.
I don't have a good amazing epic answer for this as a knee jerk reaction, so I'm torn between Gaiman's American Gods and Joe Hill's 20th Century Ghosts, which is totally cheating as it's a short story collection.
4 - Lets play some word association. First word that comes to mind in response to: Halloween... Gravity... Monkey... Rouge... Revival
Candy... Attraction...King (a la Journey to the West)... Moulin... Tent (unfortunately tied with that by a heartbeat is F*#@ing bastards :coughs)
5 - Favorite memory pre age 13.
That's hard... :tries to remember when 13 is in the mental landscape: Wow, that's totally before I was interesting. Like, even a little. Hadn't even met
deralte yet. There was none of the Rockapella shenanigans with
spaltor yet either.
I think I have to revert to an oldie but a goodie. I had to have told the story to you before... Blizzard in Ponyland. A certain childhood friend of mine and I may or may not have emptied out an awful lot of baby powder in a certain bedroom for snow... :snickers: Those were good times. Oh, and kidnapping dogs for cookie ransoms. :nods: I miss that ball o'fluff.
