I just have to comment on that "take them home and fed them hot chocolate"-comment - I've realized I'm having that reaction more and more often lately especially when it comes to adorable little boys and girls I would have swooned over a few years ago :) I wonder if it's an age thing? *grin* (not that I am calling us old.... just experienced :p)

Awesome work darling, you handled the mis-understanding very well - it's so easy to turn this story-element into a long row of "why don't they just talk!" and you managed that excellently.

The sex scene is lovely - it really drives home the desperate need for closeness and reaffirmation, not to mention it's is hot as hell :)

I am trying to find something to critique but there just isn't anything - it's just lovely work.
