I finally gave up on the icon table that I was using before, and have discovered sql_girl's generator here. Presuming it doesn't hate me when I actually post this, I actually prefer this one because it gives you a preview and allows you to edit your list pretty easily

There were other, more compromising positions (maybe from the same episode?) that I was tempted to say something like that on (because the awkwardness would only highlight the guy vs gay), but I wasn't able to crop it in a way where it worked... I'll keep the definition in mind though, I'm sure I can find a way to put it to use for them XD
