Yay! Yea, Howl isn't quite one of those movies where there's always something different going on in the backround every time you see it, but close. I'm kinda jaded, since I've literally seen it over 50 times. XD
(and no, I've tried putting together the occasional words that come up at the bottom of the screen (i.e. 'plum'), and unfortunately they don't spell anything interesting :*(
But yea, it's different, because it's a Studio Ghibli! They're like the cream of the crop over there - they gross more than any western movie we send over; one of them coming out is like a new Pirates of the Caribbean or Titanic. Heh - Howl, Calcifer, and Sophie pwn, in that order! ;D
Hmmm, sounds like I'll have to bring over moar Studio Ghibli stuff next weekend! I only have Spirited Away at the moment, but hopefully soon-ish I'll pick up one of the giant bootleg collections of all their work off e-bay. Only temporary, since I really want to support them, but considering the only official box set option is limited to limited edition sets of 2,500 and 3,500 and they're $25 per DVD...well...
And yay for Howl icons. Now I just need a good animated Calcifer one... :D :D :D
