Well, probably not in the strictest sense, and you do need to consider the definition of 'ritual'...
My New Moon fire was more contemplative, scrying into the flame and letting my thoughts wander, meditative in an active sort of way, than a formal circle of quarters called and deity invoked. No, I'm getting much more basic, merely setting a simple place and opening the doors, informing the guardian and singing songs. I wrote down some verses, parts of two poems/songs/rhymes, and played some chords - not together, mind you, just going with a flow. Rather than reaching for images I felt for emotions, for direction of the flow, for impressions. I dipped my fingers in the stream and did some subtle redirection and sent my own thoughts out into the web.
I need a drum.
