Basically, the prompt is that Rook is trying to intimidate someone/interrogate them/do something else that requires an absolutely straight face, but can barely keep it together due to Thom doing something in the background that he knows will make Rook laugh. Whether this is revenge for something, an experiment or whatever else can be up to the author. Either way, just having a scenario where Rook is inches away from completely losing it (the crackier the better, and having him end up somewhat like the guards trying to laugh in "The Life of Brian" would be brilliant) would be great!
