I've got the soundtrack of Sucker Punch on repeat. Caught the premiere for it last night and though yes, wish it could have been with you but that's another story.
Anyway, this whole holiday I haven't done much except watch lotsa films. The thing I like about films are that they lead you into another universe. A universe of imagination. Well sometimes I wish it could be MY imagination but obviously the film's about someone else's imagination. Not that I'm complaining. Don't we all wish how our lives could just be like movies. Unfortunately life just doesn't work that way. Sometimes I wish my dad was a filmmaker or something. I watched the tribute to John Hughes(Sixteen candles, Ferris Bueller's Day Off) at the 2009 oscars and saw his kids in the audience. Gosh, how much I envy them.
I mean, of course I love my dad too and I'm proud of who he is, I'm just saying....
