DAY TWO:
- When driving home from school, I saw this girl walking through my neighborhood wearing tights...as pants. So of course I thought to myself, 'TIGHTS ARE NOT PANTS!', which made me laugh. Of course my mom had to seize the opportunity to laugh at me, so we giggled all the way home.
- My dad had his hernia repair today. He dropped me off at school and I said something like, "Love you, Daddy. Hope your surgery goes well." When I get home, he give me a big hug and said that me calling him daddy made him really happy. Later in the day, I read Glamour's article on Dads, and it made me cry and be thankful for my dad. It didn't make me happy, but you get the idea.
- In French class today, we had to watch a clip of this rock concert they do every year to benefit the homeless in France (the person next to me asked if there are any homeless French people, *snorts*). Anyway, the teacher printed off the lyrics and we had to sing along. It's quite a catchy song, actually. The next period, I was dissecting my fetal pig and both of my my lab partners are also taking French (although they aren't in my class). I started humming the song and my lab partners recognized the song and sang along. So there were were: dissecting a pig and singing some random French song.
This is someone else's cover of it, but you get the idea. We were hilarious. Even my biology teacher came over and asked what we were doing.
I'm up for an upgrade on my cell phone. I'm trying to wait until the Blackberry Tour is released, which is rumored to be around July. But I don't know if I can wait that long. Haha. I'd get the Curve, but I know it's going to be replaced in a few months, so I don't want to. Plus the Tour is supposed to be amazing.
My celebrity style role model: Nicole Richie. Pics (in a picspam if I can teach myself how to make one, haha) to come soon.
