Hum...I think it's time for a real update.
Last night I went with Peter and his boyfriend Michael to the Schip Party. It's a monthly gay party they have here in Paderborn...needless to say I was reaffirmed of why I don't really like gay culture. It wasn't SO bad because I knew some people...but I just really don't like the gay club scene...
Anyway, I left the Schip much sooner than Peter and Michael, so I decided to go try to find a Doener Kabap (They were all closed by that point) and go find the schedule for the night bus. It didn't come for an hour and a half, so I decided to go to a local gay pub (it's not really like gay bars in the US...it's VERY subdued and possesses subculture, one thing I don't think I'd ever find in Oklahoma) and wait for the bus. Anyway, I ended up leaving with a job offer bartending. WOOT! That's what I've been wanting to learn how to do, and possibly get a job bartending when I get back, so this is definately a step in the right direction.
I'll be making 8 E/Stunde, so the pay is pretty good as well. Also, it's only Friday nights, so I'll have a lot of flexability with travel and such still.
I went to the world's largest computer museum yesterday, so as soon as I get this message completed, I'll post them on my phototrail account. (http://www.phototrail.com/derhuhnsoldat)
