The past weekend has been quite eventful. I haven't been going to work, but instead calling in "sick." I am glad that I've done this on several levels.

1. I HATE my job.
2. I'm getting ready to go to Germany, so does it really even matter anyway?

Oh well...such is. The wedding/reception/after party was a blast. :-) I got to meet rokitwoman last night at ( Read more... )

If your plan was IHOP and you end up at Chinese, you should remember that this means that God can use even Baptists to see that people get good blessings, especially Chinese food.

Ahh yes, thought I recognized signs of acute 'tired of the bullshititis.' I hated working at Convergys and walked in after 3 weeks (2 weeks of training, one on the floor) and quit without notice 'cause I had another job (I didn't care that I didn't know when the other job would start).

Completely understand. I played the "Going to Germanyt" card and they tried getting me to work in the German office....I told them no. :-) Being a bitch is fun.

Hmm..that doesn't quite qualify for "bitch" status. After all, this is an educational experience and work would soooo get in the way. Bitchy would have been a response of "no way in hell."

Speaking of being "sick," I haven't yet gone to work today and it's nearly noon. I went and got the longest oil change in forever at Wal-mart and decided to just come home and make lunch for myself. I'll head up to work for a bit later this afternoon, but be back in time for gym and a spending time with you. See ya tonight, babe.

That's your first mistake. Go to Fast Lane...cute guys, fast service, PLUS detail/wash of your car.

She's great, and thank the Goddess that somone existed amongst the drinking escapades with whom I could relate...but not relating to the rest of the conversation.

LOL! No kidding! Even being an engineer I end up missing a lot of the references that this particular group makes. *shakes head* I was SO happy to look across from me and see the same expression mirror my own!

I had so much fun this weekend and it was great to finally meet you!
