I'm more than willing to humor my father when it comes to celebrating certain Christian holidays. The major ones are so commercialized these days that they could hardly be considered denominational at all.
Easter is the one exception.
I'm not much of a gratuitous candy eater anyway. Though I may have indulged in an egg or two.
So I managed to convince my father to let me out of going to his parents like we do every year and opted to stay home with Blaine instead.
And watch him stuff his face. And then get sick. Because he doesn't listen. This is my life.
Something to ponder: I'll tell you one thing, in what I do for a living, there's no substitute for experience. I don't care how much natural talent you may have... In the type of show I do, you can depend on surprises. - Bob Barker
