I can't imagine they're anything less than a hassle to deal with when they're a part of you, even. But then, I wouldn't know.

The use of a bra is highly advantageous, however it becomes more of a problem the larger they are.

I'm not certain, but I don't think so.

Hm. It should be fairly easy, to a trained surgeon anyway. We don't have very many of those where I'm from, though; most healing is done by Seventh Fonists, but occasionally additional intervention is necessary.

I suppose my Johann could do something of that nature. I can't say I've ever thought about having mine reduced.

There's no real reason to if you're happy with them, of course. Just if they turn out to be more trouble than they're worth.
